The Beach club is situated on the beach. Sun beds are available for the use by hotel guests. Food and beverage service is also available. No lifeguard is on duty therefore all water activities are at your own risk.

CREDIT POLICY

It is the policy of the hotel to obtain a guarantee for any extras incurred during the guests stay on check in. This is normally in the form of a credit card guarantee or a cash deposit.

DUTY MANAGERS

The Duty Manager is available at all times via our Help Hotline.

 

DVD PLAYER

The hotel electricity supply is AC 220 volts, 50 cycles.

 

EXERCISE ROOM

An exercise room is located in the Dive and Watersports Centre for ages 16 years and above only. Hours of operation are from 6.00am till 10pm

 

EXTRA BED

A folding camp bed is available on request for children aged 12 and below. Additional charges apply.

 

FIRE PROCEDURE

The fire assembly point is in the “ Car Park”. If you should see smoke or fire, call the Help Hotline to raise the alarm. Should evacuation of the resort become necessary, please observe the following procedure:

Leave your room immediately. Proceed immediately to the assembly point in the main carpark.

 

HAIRDRYER

Your hairdryer is located under the vanity counter in the bathroom.

 

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Housekeeping service is offered twice daily, between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm, and again at turndown between the hours of 6 pm and 9 pm. Should you prefer service at a specific time during your stay, please contact our Help Hotline.

Ice is available on request.

 

INTERNET

Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all public areas, Beach Camp Tents and Tent Villas. Please launch your Internet browser and enter the given user name and password by the Guest Service Assistant. Our internet infrastructure is enabled to simultaneously connect up to two devices to internet per room. Please dial our Help Hotline for assistance

 

IRON AND IRONING BOARD

LAUNDRY/DRY CLEANING/VALET SERVICE

Same day service is provided if you request for your laundry / dry cleaning to be collected before 11.00 a.m. Items collected after 11.00 a.m. will be returned the next day. For urgent valet service please call our Help Hotline

POOL

In the interests of all guests’ comfort the main pool operational hours are between 7.00am and 10.00pm. There is no lifeguard on duty and swimming is entirely at your own risk. Pool Towels can be signed out at the beach club.

 

RESTAURANTS AND BARS

Our Pasir Putih Beach Club has a large bar and Restaurant and is open daily from 6.30am until late

 

ROMANTIC CANDLE LIGHT DINNER

Enjoy a Romantic Candlelight dinner in a choice of locations. Details are included at the rear of the Room Service Menu. Please book one day in advance

 

 

ROOM SERVICE
Room Service is available 24 hours. The Room Service menu can be found in the other section of this directory.

 

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES

The Resort is NOT responsible for money, jewellery or other valuables placed in the safe. The user’s guide is available on the front of the Safe Deposit Box. Please leave the door open when checking out. It is extremely important that you should remember the personal identification number to access the safe

 

SMOKING POLICY

All our rooms are non smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. The Spa, The lobby and Restaurant is totally non smoking however smoking is permitted in the semi open air areas.

 

TAXIS - TRANSPORT

Transport can be arranged by the Front Office with advance notice or dial our Help Hotline service

 

TELEVISION CHANNELS

Please refer to the Television Program on the inside of the lid of your remote box on your bedside table

Pool towels can be signed out from the Beach Club Bar counter. Please return towels once you are finished with them

For your privacy, please use the Wooden “Do Not Disturb” sign by placing it on the balcony rail. RED = Do not Disturb, GREEN = Enter. Please do not forget to turn when leaving.
